How a project runs

Every project follows the same four steps, so you always know what happens next and what we need from you.

  1. Step 1: Discover

We talk through your goals, your users and your budget, then send a written scope and quote.

  2. Step 2: Design

You click through wireframes and screen designs and sign them off before any code is written.

  3. Step 3: Build

We develop in short sprints and share a working preview you can test every week.

  4. Step 4: Launch and support

We deploy, train your team, and stay on for fixes, updates and new features.

Questions people ask

Can you move our data from Excel?

Yes. We import your existing customers, products and balances so you start with real data on day one.

Can it work across several branches?

Yes. Branches share one system with their own stock, staff and reports, and head office sees everything.

Cloud or on our own server?

Either. We usually recommend the cloud, but we can install on your own server when you need to.
